DavaIndia orders can only be canceled before the status changes to "Order Submitted for Processing."
Branded medicine orders can only be canceled before the status changes to "Order Packed."
Each order cancellation deducts 1 point from your Order Score (every user gets 10 points). If your score reaches 0, online services will be restricted.
2️⃣ Payment & Refunds:
All payments must be made through approved methods.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.
3️⃣ Delivery & Shipping:
Orders are delivered via NDSPL or affiliated delivery partners.
Delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability.
4️⃣ Returns & Replacements:
Returns are subject to approval based on the product type and usage period.
For near-expiry medicines, return requests may be accepted or declined based on return availability in your area.
