How is my order delivered to me? Is it secure?

Yes. At New Patidar Medical Stores, the security, authenticity, and safe delivery of your medicines are our highest priorities. All products supplied by us are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized and government-approved manufacturers or distributors.

We currently accept prepaid orders only to ensure secure processing and safe delivery.

 

1. Quick Delivery (Within 24 Hours)

Delivery is generally attempted within 24 hours after successful payment and dispatch.

2. Standard Express Delivery (Within 168 Hours / 7 Days)

Delivery is generally attempted within 168 hours (7 days) after successful payment and dispatch.

 

For all delivery methods, OTP verification is mandatory at the time of delivery. Orders are handed over only after successful OTP verification.

Customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting delivery.

Though, It's very rare but, If the package appears:

• Tampered
• Opened
• Unsealed
• Damaged

Please refuse delivery immediately and inform New Patidar Medical Stores Customer Support for further assistance also make sure you take a photo or video of the package. Depending on the situation, verification, replacement, refund, or other appropriate action may be provided.

 

Make sure you record a video before opening your package as a proof to claim if anything unexpected. Once a package is accepted without any objection at the time of delivery, it will generally be considered delivered in good condition. Claims regarding tampering or physical damage after acceptance may not be entertained, except in exceptional circumstances.
