If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or an unreachable contact number:
Please ensure accurate address and contact details while placing your order to avoid delays or additional charges.
- The courier may attempt re-delivery.
- Our team may contact you for clarification.
- The order may be returned to us if delivery remains unsuccessful.

Re-Delivery Charges Policy
For Intracity Orders (Delivery within 24 hours – Indore):
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the customer may be required to bear:
These charges apply after one unsuccessful delivery attempt.
For Surface Express Orders (Delivery within 72–168 hours):
If delivery remains unsuccessful after 2–3 attempts by the courier:
The customer may be required to bear:
Re-dispatch will be processed only after confirmation and payment of applicable charges.

- Forward shipping charges (standard delivery charges)
- Reverse shipping charges
- Second forward shipping charges for re-dispatch
These charges apply after one unsuccessful delivery attempt.

If delivery remains unsuccessful after 2–3 attempts by the courier:
The customer may be required to bear:
- Forward shipping charges (standard delivery charges)
- Reverse shipping charges
- Second forward shipping charges for re-dispatch
Re-dispatch will be processed only after confirmation and payment of applicable charges.
Please Also Note: No Refund on Failed Delivery for total delivery charges and other fees whichever charged from you. In case the balance goes to negative, you will have to pay the negative balance at earliest, if you do not pay it your account may be permanently blocked.
