For davaindia GENERIC PHARMACY Orders:

You can cancel your davaindia GENERIC PHARMACY order before the status changes to "Processed." Once it reaches this stage, cancellation is not possible.

For Branded Medicine Orders:

You can cancel your branded medicine order before the status changes to "Processed." After this stage, cancellation is not allowed.

Note:



  • Each canceled order deducts 1 point from your Order Score.

  • Every user starts with 3 points.

  • If your Order Score reaches 0, your online account will be blocked.
