What if I receive an incorrect item?

In rare cases, due to human error, you may receive an incorrect item. If this happens, you can request a return by contacting our customer support team.

Please note the following important conditions:


  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.

  • If the product is opened, the return will not be accepted.

  • For medicines in strips, if even 1 tablet is missing, the return request may be rejected.

  • You must provide a proper explanation along with:

    • Order ID

    • Order date

    • Full invoice

    • Valid prescription (if applicable)


Reporting Time Limits:

  • Store Pickup Orders: Report within 7 days of pickup and payment. Refer to Return & Replacement Policy here: Store Return & Replacement Policy.

  • Delivery Orders: Report within 24 hours of delivery.


Requests made after these time limits will not be accepted.

For any support, please contact our customer care team. In rare exceptional cases, your request may still be reviewed at our discretion.
