Order Score is an important part of your account. Every customer starts with 10 points, and points are only deducted when an order is canceled.
If your Order Score reaches zero, your online services will be blocked. You still be able to contact us via email or our website, but you won’t be able to place new orders online. However, you can still reach out to us offline for new orders.
