When an order is placed, medicines are reserved specifically for that customer. Repeated cancellations, missed pickups, or order rejections can prevent other customers—who may urgently need the same medicines—from accessing them.
Due to this, repeated cancellations or misuse of ordering services may lead to permanent restriction of your account from all online and WhatsApp ordering services.
If your account is restricted, you can still purchase medicines by visiting our store directly.
To avoid any inconvenience, we request customers to confirm their orders carefully before placing them.
