The token amount is a small advance payment collected while placing an order. It is not an extra charge and is adjusted in your final bill amount.
For example:
If your order value is ₹1000, a fixed token amount of ₹100 may be collected in advance. When your order is ready for pickup or delivery, you only need to pay the remaining ₹900.
Example:
- Total Invoice Value: ₹1000 (100+900)
- Advance/Token Paid: ₹100 - 1st Payment Part
- Remaining Amount: ₹900 - 2nd Payment Part
This policy helps us reserve medicines specifically for your order and ensures fair service for all customers. Repeated cancellations, missed pickups, or rejected orders may affect medicine availability for other customers who urgently require them.
To avoid inconvenience, we request customers to confirm their orders carefully before placing them.
